| | I could'nt do the full six because my shoes were giving pain to my arches, but I will have that problem fixed soon.

| | I was'nt able to go to practice today because I had a physical therapy appointment to strengthen my leg. I still haven't fully recovered from my IT band injury back in november, so I just go to these sessions to strengthen my leg. | Add Comment |
| | Today was fun. Joshie led us off the unbeaten path on an adventure run and though some of his routes were questionabe, we all had a good time.

| | My shinsplints are realling bugging me and now my IT band it hurting in my right knee, which is extremely frustrating. I just got over the same injury in my left knee and now thats its happening again I'm just glad its happening now instead of in the middle of track.
