I could'nt do the full six because my shoes were giving pain to my arches, but I will have that problem fixed soon.

Felt good today.  I replaced the sould of my old trail shoes and they are as good as new.

I was'nt able to go to practice today because I had a physical therapy appointment to strengthen my leg. I still haven't fully recovered from my IT band injury back in november, so I just go to these sessions to strengthen my leg.

Today was fun.  Joshie led us off the unbeaten path on an adventure run and though some of his routes were questionabe, we all had a good time.

My shinsplints are realling bugging me and now my IT band it hurting in my right knee, which is extremely frustrating.  I just got over the same injury in my left knee and now thats its happening again I'm just glad its happening now instead of in the middle of track.

My injuries are becoming really frustrating.  My shinsplints are getting better but my IT band does not seem to be making much improvement.  I'll just keep on stretching and rolling everynight.

Felt a lot better today.  I think it might finally be healing up.  Today I just did laps around the track and sprinted the one-hundred meter straight-aways.
