Just got my massage and my knee is feeling good. I'll post more diligently now.
Knee is still healing up but it is feeling a lot stronger. just hanging in there.
My knee felt pretty solid today. I'm getting into better shape which is encouraging.
The kenyan run was a lot of fun and my knee is feeling much stronger. I'm planning on doing the workouts next weeek.
