| | At the beginning of the run, I was feeling fairly strong, but towards the end my stomach just started feeling like trash and I had to finish the run in walk/run intervals. I have to thank Jon and Micah for staying behind with me and helping me through the last part, they are awesome guys.

| | Wasnt able to stay for the full practice because I had a piano lesson but I got in one fast mile and two cool down miles afterwards.

| | The kenyan run was fun and me knee felt strong. It was fun to use our track spikes for the 200 meter finishes to get a feel for tommarow. I'm not racing tommarow, but I'm super excited to go support the team.

| | Acidently slept in today so I did a fartlek workout on my own. felt good.

| | I didn't hit my splits but thats my okay my fault for not going hard over spring break. I finished the whole workout and my knees felt strong.

| | Today we ran on Withtalua trail or somehing like that. It was lots of fun but the sand had my quads screaming by the end. It was worth it though the sights were awesome.

| | I had to leave early today for my piano lesson but I finished by 200 meter finishes on my own. the first four 400 felt good and I was close to my times. It feels good to see myself improving.

| | The kenyan run was really relaxing and helped me focas on my form, specifically my arms and shoulders. The 4 200's were lots of fun and it was fun to envision myself finishing a race with my spikes. Looking forward to the next two meets!

| | It was a tough workout today but it was worth it to hit a 5:40 mile, my best during a workout. looking forward to the upcoming meets and I'm excited at the prospect of maybe racing in the open 800.

| | The trail run out in arizona was HOT! The wind helped a little bit, but it is definitly getting to where I need to bring my water pack every day. The gatorade at the end was a big help in just getting some energy back into my system. Stay dry

| | One of the things that I just hate about running is when you need to use the facilities when your out on the run! got it today, but the 200 finishes felt good. I'm excited for the meet tommarow!
