Today I really felt the heat. It is definetly getting hotter outside, but besides that I felt pretty god through the whole thing. I felt pretty winded after the fifth 400 repeat, but after the short water break that everybody took, I was able to hit my splits with a couple seconds to spare. My main goal at this point is to get my cardio level of endurance higher so I can better keep up with the rest of the A group. Excited for the meet on Thursday!
